Performance Centre – Driving Competition

 

Many recruitment agencies already use white boards to communicate performance, and some also have a bell that is rung by a consultant when they make a placement. Furthermore, the use of league tables and competitions for the highest fee earner are commonplace throughout the industry.

 

Target includes the performance centre module which embraces the competitive nature of recruitment consultants by presenting up to the minute league tables and comparisons in a highly graphical manner on large LCD screens typically placed all around the sales floor. 

 

When implemented effectively, this type of display has proven to be a much more useful motivational and communication tool than the traditional white board.

 

We have found that the culture of the organisation determines what type of information is displayed. A more aggressive selling culture requires more in the way of naming and shaming, whilst a less aggressive culture might focus more on inter-team or inter-branch competition.

 

The Target performance centre module is flexible enough to adapt to your culture and displays can both be tailored to show the information you require and also be branded in your own unique corporate image.

 

Any number of displays can be developed so you might have on the one hand a corporate display and on the other hand displays for individual offices, or teams. All of these displays can then be presented at different times of the day on a single LCD screen or presented separately on different screens, the flexibility is endless.
