Analyser - Understanding Your Business
Both the performance centre and magnify modules are designed to ensure that consultants are driving their activity in order to increase their revenue.
It is not enough to just increase the activity levels. Recruitment agencies also need to focus that activity into areas that provide the highest rewards.
The analyser module, provides both managers and directors of the business all the tools they need to analyse trends in both fees and activity across any number of consultants, teams, clients, sectors, regions and indeed any other item being captured by Target.
By analysing their business, managers and directors can answer many questions such as:
- Which consultants are not performing compared to other consultants of similar experience?
- What is this consultant doing that makes them so much better than everyone else?
- Which clients are growing and which are in decline?
- Of all the sectors we work in which has grown the most in the last year?
- Are there any seasonal trends that the marketing department can take advantage of?
- and so on.
The analyser module provides a very simple to use interface that allows any manager or director to quickly start analysing their information without the need to become report writing experts.
The analyser module uses "on screen" analysis which makes heavy use of graphical analysis tools such as graphs to present the results. If the user wants a paper copy of what they are looking at, they only need to right-click on the graph and select "view report" from the menu.
The Briefcase Module
There are simply thousands of reports that are possible from within analyser.
Many of these reports are required for all sorts of different types of meetings including Board meetings, review meetings, strategy meetings and so on.
The analyser module provides all users with their own briefcase where they can store reports. Users can create different folders for different types of meetings and then select the folder to print all the reports in the folder.
Because analyser reports can have either fixed or relative date ranges, the reports generated from the briefcase are always up to date and will, for example, show the results for "the last 3 month" irresepctive of when the report is generated.
